Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will my email address be associated with my salary/compensation information anywhere on Zenzia?
A: Your email address is confidential and will not be posted or visible anywhere on Zenzia. Job listings will be posted in a completely anonymous format.
Q: Will Zenzia sell or distribute my email address or salary/compensation information to companies, corporations, or HR departments?
A: Unlike other salary websites, Zenzia does not sell or distribute email addresses or salary/compensation information to any companies, corporations, or HR departments. We believe that companies, corporation, and HR departments have enough leverage and Zenzia aims to give our subscribers some negotiating power.
Q: How is Zenzia different from other salary websites?
A: Zenzia does not sell or distribute email addresses or salary/compensation information to any companies, corporations, or HR departments. Nor does Zenzia charge subscribers to access and search the salary database. Salary and compensation data is gathered entirely by subscriber submissions so please provide accurate data so that your search will yield legitimate results. Zenzia is only as valid and useful as its user community makes it.
Q: What is Zenzia trying to accomplish?
A: Zenzia is giving you compensation information that often seems impossible to get. We understand that salary is a rather taboo topic so we want to provide an anonymous forum in which our subscribers can educate themselves. Our second objective is a bit more wishful. We believe that many corporate executive salaries have inflated beyond reason. Common employees keep companies and corporations profitable and on track so that should be reflect in their salaries. Zenzia simply doesn’t believe that salaries should be so lopsided and we’re doing what we can to balance employee pay.
Q: Why does Zenzia limit my total number of job entries to only 10?
A: Zenzia enforces a 10 entry limit per subscriber in order to protect the integrity of the database. We want to deter an inconsiderate subscriber from filling the database with bogus job data.
Q: Why does Zenzia limit my job entries to three jobs per company?
A: Zenzia enforces a three entry limit per company for each subscriber in order to protect the integrity of the database. We want to deter any sneaky subscribers from skewing data for any single position or company.
